Dr. Weston is originally from Macon, Georgia. He graduated cum laude from Mercer University in 1994 and the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry (now the Dental College of Georgia) in 2000. He practiced general dentistry in Macon for four years before returning to Augusta to teach at MCG in the Department of Oral Diagnosis. He completed his residency and earned a certificate in the specialty of endodontics from the University of Alabama-Birmingham in 2007.
He has been in private practice in Aiken, South Carolina for over 10 years and has performed thousands of root canals and other endodontic procedures. Dr. Weston has also completed hundreds of hours of continuing education in the field of microsurgical endodontics and CBCT imaging. He has been the principal author and been published in the Journal of Endodontics and Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology and Oral Radiology.
Dr. Weston and his wife, Michelle, enjoy spending time with their two children and their two dogs. He attends Church of the Good Shepherd in Augusta and enjoys gardening, traveling, and attending spectator sports.
